Selling a parent's home
When a house is sold as part of an estate or trust, the sale has to follow the executor's or trustee's authority and the court's requirements. Because I handle both the estate and the closing, nothing falls between the cracks.
Transferring a home into a trust
A Medicaid asset protection trust or a living trust only works if the house is properly deeded into it. I prepare and record the deed as part of your plan.
